Watermark 12 Click Print. Adding a Watermark You can create a custom watermark or stamp that displays your chosen text. Any watermark can be edited, but changes in default watermarks cannot be saved. In the preview area, you can click Details to see how the watermark or stamp appears on a page. 1 Open the document you want to print and choose File > Print. If the Print dialog contains only two pop-up menus and some buttons across the bottom, click the disclosure triangle beside the Printer pop-up menu. 2 Choose Watermark from the print options pop-up menu. 3 Select the Watermark / Stamp checkbox. 4 Click New. 5 In the New Watermark dialog, type Name text, and click OK. 6 Choose desired settings for the new watermark or stamp. 7 Click Save. The new watermark or stamp is saved in the Select Watermark list. You can remove a custom watermark or stamp from the Select Watermark list by choosing it and clicking Delete. Default watermarks cannot be deleted. 7-2

Adding a Watermark

Watermark / Stamp
checkbox.

Select Watermark
list.
You can remove a custom watermark or stamp from the

by choosing it and clicking
