Forward Settings FAX > Common > Forward > General Specify the forward settings. FAX Operation (Advanced) 4 The settings available on the Forward page are shown below. Item Description On All received faxes are forwarded. Off Faxes are not forwarded. Activating Time Setting Specifies whether a time is specified. Activating Time Registers times when the specified requirements are enabled or disabled. You can register any time between 00:00 and 23:59. File Name Sets the name of the file created when a fax is forwarded. Additional Information Appends information such as the date/time, job number and destination address to the file name. Add Sender Information Sets the position appended in the additional information. The additional information consists of the local FAX number. 4-27
