COMMAND CENTER Pages Login User Name When Other is selected for Authenticate as, the account name set here will be used for SMTP authentication. POP before SMTP Timeout Enter the timeout in seconds during which this machine tries to connect to the SMTP server when set POP before SMTP as the Authentication Protocol. Test Tests to confirm that the settings on this page are correct. When the Test button is pressed, this machine tries to connect to the SMTP server. E-mail Size Limit Enter the maximum size of E-mail that can be sent in Kilobytes. When the value is 0, the limitation for E-mail size is disabled. Sender Address Enter the E-mail address of the person responsible for the printing system, such as the printer administrator. A reply or non-delivery report will go to a person rather than to the machine. The sender address must be entered correctly for SMTP authentication. Note that no mail message can be sent unless the sender's address is specified. Signature Enter the signature. The signature is free form text that will appear at the end of the E-mail body. It is often used for further identification of the machine. Domain Restriction Enter the domain names that can be permitted or rejected. You can also specify the E-mail addresses. Recipient # Address Enter the E-mail address for this recipient. Entering a group address allows to simultaneously send reports to the recipients. Subject Specifies the information to be displayed at Subject.
