Broiler pan (sold separately) CAUTION • Do not use a broiler pan without a grid. • Do not cover the grid with aluminum foil. • Position food (fat side up) on the grid. Recommended Baking and Roasting Guide Baking results will be better if baking pans are centered in the oven as much as possible. If cooking on multiple racks, place the oven racks in the positions shown. Multiple-rack cooking saves time and energy.
