For Tray 2: 3 Reinstall the tray. Paper jam in the small media feeder If the jam is visible from the front and there is enough of the envelope or photo card to grasp, to remove the jam: 1 Pull Tray 1 about 50.8 mm (2 inches) out of the printer. 2 Grasp the envelope or photo card and pull it out. 3 Reinstall Tray 1. 170
