Note: Job Accounting is only displayed when a hard disk is installed, is neither defective nor Read/Write or Write protected, and Job Buffer Size is not set to 100%. Left Margin Allows for a shift right or left of the position of the left margin for the 530-sheet tray (Tray 2) or the duplex unit in order to align it properly with the standard tray (Tray 1) left margin. The margin can be set from -7 to 7 using increments of 1. Each number represents a 0.5 mm adjustment of the left margin. Selecting Left Margin value causes the Alignment Page to print. 1 Select a device. Page Protect To successfully print a page that Off* may otherwise generate Complex Page errors. Prints a partial page of data if memory is insufficient to process the entire page. Ensures that an entire page is processed before it prints. For most print jobs, you do not need to select On. Accounting
