The media is late reaching the sensor (pass through) within the specified time. A media tray above the source tray was pulled during the printing process. Media reached the sensor (pass through) within the specified time but did not clear it within the specified time. Possible repair actions 1. Check the size sensing fingers on the media tray for damage 2. Replace the media tray assembly if problem remains. 3. Check the switch (media size) for proper connection. 4.
