2 SafeCom Go Lexmark 2.5.5 Login with Windows without specifying the domain On MFPs with touchscreen it is possible to login by entering your Windows username, password (and domain). If all users belong to the same domain you can configure the device so they don't need to enter their domain at the device. 1. Open the Configuration web page (2.4.2). 2. Specify a Default domain. 3. Change Pre-fill domain to Hide. 4. Click Apply. 2.5.6 Login without PIN code Use of PIN code is possible on printers with keypad or touchscreen. This setting applies to the printer and overrules the equivalent user property. Requesting the user to enter a personal 4-digit PIN code for identification at the printer enhances document security. 1. Open the Configuration web page (2.4.2). 2. Clear Login without PIN code if you want to prompt users for PIN code. 3. Click Apply. 2.5.7 Disable Pull Print It is not possible to disable or hide the Pull Print icon. D60711-14 26
