INSTALLATION » CHECK YOUR GATE + MOUNTING OPTIONS CHECK YOUR GATE A B A Gate MUST be level. Gate and gate post MUST be plumb. B Remove ANY/ALL wheels from the bottom of gate. C Gate MUST NOT hit or drag across ground. C D Gate MUST swing freely and be supported entirely by its hinges. D MOUNTING OPTIONS Mounting locations vary depending on type and style of your gate. Minimum distance from the ground should not be less than 4 inches (10.2 cm) from the bottom of the gate operator arm.
