NETGEAR 7000 Series Managed Switch Administration Guide Version 7.3 Adding a Static Route If your network switch has multiple routing interface that would allow different forwarding path to be taken for reaching the same destination, it may make sense to create static route to force the packet to take certain route (port) instead of the default route. The following procedure shows how to add static route to the switch routing table.
