Changing the Image Size (Image Mode) C Number of Exposures Remaining The following table lists the approximate number of pictures that can be stored in the internal memory and on a 4 GB memory card. Note that the number of exposures that can be stored differs depending on the composition of the image (due to JPEG compression). In addition, this number may differ depending on the make of memory card, even if the capacity of the memory card is the same. However, even with the same image size setting, images printed at higher resolutions print smaller than the size indicated, and those printed at lower resolutions print larger than the size indicated.
