3. Call functions ■ Make a call 1. Press and hold the middle selection key in the standby mode, and enter the phone number, including the area code. To enter the phone number, scroll to the desired digit in the character bar, and select it. Repeat this for each digit of the phone number. If you enter an incorrect character, select Clear to delete it. For international calls, enter the + character for the international access code, the country code, the area code without the leading 0, if necessary, and the phone number. 2. Press the call key to call the number. 3. Press the end key to end the call or to cancel the call attempt. Make a call using contacts To search for a name or phone number that you saved in Contacts, see Search for a contact p. 48. Press the call key to call the number. Call a recently dialed number In the standby mode, press the call key once to access the list of up to 20 numbers that you have dialed recently.
