You can't delete this file Severe REASON You didn't select a Place. When you create a Subplace, you have to select a Place for the Subplace to be located under. The Place or the Subplace name already exists SOLUTION In the Create Place window, please make sure that you select the Place in the Select Place drop-down list. After selecting a Place, type in the Subplace Name and, if necessary, Description. Then click OK/Apply (See "Creating Place and Subplace" on page 13). Please enter a different name for the Place or Subplace. There might be an internal error when SyncThru™ Admin 5 tries to save Place/ Subplace information to the database. The selected image you are trying to delete is used by one or more subplaces. Please check the following: 1 Check if the SyncThru™ Admin 5 Device Map Plug-in is working fine. Check the Windows services of the server on which you have installed SyncThru™ Admin 5. 2 Check if the database you are using is working. 3 Check the connection between SyncThru™ Admin 5 and your database. Please check to see if the selected image is in use. If it is, you cannot delete the file. If you really want to delete the file, change the image for the specified Subplace. Troubleshooting_ 20
