About the recording mode during FM radio recording The sampling frequency automatically changes to avoid noise influence (to 32kHz, 44.1kHz, or 48kHz). However, the recording mode used during FM radio recording is fixed at MP3:128 kbps. • If there is a lot of noise during FM radio recording, press the STOP button (…) to change the "STEREO/MONO" setting to "MONO". ST: STEREO MO: MONO Depending on the reception environment, noise may also be recorded together with FM radio. Also, in a location where radio is weak, even if you can hear good broadcast quality, recording may include noise. For this reason, test the location with trial recording.
