Troubleshooting Check to see that the unit is correctly recognized by your PC. z Windows 7, Windows Vista With the unit connected to your PC, perform the following operation. From the Start menu, right-click the Computer icon and then select Properties from the displayed menu, and then open the System screen. Click Device Manager. (If you are running Windows Vista and the user account control screen appears, click Continue.) The Device Manager screen appears. If the devices indicated in the following diagrams are shown below "Disk drives" and "Universal Serial Bus controllers", the unit is connected to your PC correctly. 4$30-- z Windows XP With the unit connected to your PC, perform the following operation. From the Start menu (or Desktop), right-click the My Computer icon and then select Properties from the displayed menu, and then open the System Properties screen. Click Device Manager on the Hardware tab to open the Device Manager screen. Windows 7, Windows Vista
With the unit connected to your PC, perform the following operation.
From the Start menu, right-click the Computer icon and then select Properties from the
displayed menu, and then open the System screen.
