1. Installation Loading Printing Paper 7 The fax has been set at the factory to scale the size of received faxes to letter size paper. If you have loaded legal paper, you must change the paper size setting to legal. Press these keys: FUNCTION 4 The display will show: PAPER SIZE SET 1=LETTER, 2=LEGAL PAPER SIZE SET 3=A4 Press 1 to select LETTER or 2 to select LEGAL. (You can also press 3 to select A4.)
