Sending a Fax by Automatic Dialing Quick Online When you transmit a document, the fax machine normally dials the receiving party and begins transmitting while scanning is still in progress. This function is called Quick Online. If desired, you can turn off Quick Online and have the fax machine wait until all pages have been scanned before dialing. 1 Press these keys: The display will show: QUICK ON-LINE 1=YES, 2=NO FUNCTION 4 2 Press 1 to turn on Quick Online or 2 to turn it off. 3 Press the STOP key to return to the date and time display.
