Finding records 3 Tap Phone Lookup from the Options menu. The Lookup screen is displayed. 4 Tap a phone number you want to insert. Tip To find a phone number quickly, enter the first few letters of a name you are looking for in the Look Up line at the bottom of the screen. 5 Tap Add. To activate the Phone Lookup function with Graffiti® writing Draw the Graffiti® stroke to activate the Phone Lookup function. Phone Lookup using text Enter the first letter of a name and then draw the Graffiti® stroke . The Phone Lookup function finds the name and phone number and inserts them in the record you display.
