Preparing the camera The number of images that can be recorded using a battery pack The approximate number of images that can be recorded is as follows when you use the camera with the battery pack (supplied) at full capacity. Note that the actual numbers may be less than those indicated depending on the conditions of use. LCD monitor mode With the flash Approx. 440 images Without the flash Approx. 480 images Viewfinder mode Approx. 420 images Approx. 460 images • The number is calculated with a battery pack at full capacity and in the following situation: - At an ambient temperature of 25°C (77°F). - Using the battery pack that is charged for an hour after the CHARGE lamp goes out. - Using Sony "Memory Stick PRO Duo" media (sold separately). - [Image: Quality] is set to [Fine]. - [Autofocus Mode] is set to [Automatic AF]. - Shooting once every 30 seconds. - The power turns on and off once every ten times. • About the number of images you can shoot when the flash is used: - The flash strobes once every two times. - The measurement method is based on the CIPA standard.
