RMON Configurations 3) Enter the owner name, and set the status of the entry. Click Apply. Owner Enter the owner name of the entry with 1 to 16 characters. By default, it is monitor. Status Enable or disable the entry. By default, it is disabled. Enable: The entry is enabled. Disable: The entry is disabled. Note: To change the parameters of a History entry, enable the entry at the same time; otherwise, the change cannot take effect. 5.1.3 Configuring Event Group Choose the menu MAINTENANCE > SNMP > RMON > Event to load the following page. Figure 5-3 Configuring the Event Entry Follow these steps to configure the Event group: 1) Choose an Event entry, and specify an SNMP User for the entry. Index Displays the index of Event entries. The switch supports up to 12 Event entries. User Choose an SNMP user name or community name for the entry.
