Hot Keys Hot keys are keys that, when pressed in combination with the Fn key, turn system functions on and off. Hot keys have a legend on or above the key indicating the option or feature the key controls. Instant password security Fn + F1 This hot key locks the keyboard and blanks the display. To resume working, you must enter your user password, if registered, or press Enter. For more information about the instant password, see "Using the instant (user-level) password" on page 170. 255
