Telephone operation Redial list The redial list stores up to 20 entries on the handset and telephone base. When there are already 20 entries, the oldest entry is deleted to make room for the new entry. Entries are shown in reverse chronological order. Review the redial list 1. Press the REDIAL softkey when the handset or telephone base is not in use. 2. Press /VOL+ or VOL-/ to browse. HANDSET Dial a redial entry 11:00am REDIAL 12/25 MENU 1. Press the REDIAL softkey when the handset or telephone base is not in use. 2. Press /VOL+ or VOL-/ to browse to the desired entry. 3. Press /HOME/FLASH on the handset or /HOME on the telephone base using the home line. BASE 11:00am REDIAL 12/25 MENU - OR - Press /CELL on the handset or telephone base using the cell line. Save a redial entry to the directory 1. Press the REDIAL softkey when the handset or telephone base is not in use. 2. Press /VOL+ or VOL-/ to browse to the desired entry. 3. Press the OPTION softkey. 4. Press the SELECT softkey to select Save. 5. The screen displays ENTER NUMBER. Use the dialing keys to edit the number, if necessary. 6. Press the NEXT softkey to move to the name. 7. The screen displays ENTER NAME. Use the dialing keys to enter a name (see step 6 of Create a new directory entry on page 55). 8. Press the SAVE softkey and Saved displays. 50
