If a number is already stored in the location a message displays. Enter a different Speed Dial number. ¾ Enter the fax number you want to store using the Numeric Keypad and press [Enter]. To insert a pause press the [Pause/Redial] key and a '-' displays. To add a charge code to the end of a number press the [Charge Code] key and enter it using the Numeric Keypad and press [Enter]. ¾ To assign a name, enter it using the Numeric Keypad and press [Enter]. If you do not require a name leave it empty and press [Enter]. ¾ To store more Speed Dial numbers repeat the procedure. ¾ Enter the Speed Dial number you want to edit and press [Enter]. ¾ Edit the number and press [Enter]. ¾ Edit the ID and press [Enter]. ¾ Repeat until all editing has been completed. ¾ Press [Menu/Exit] when you have finished. ¾ Enter the Speed Dial number you want to delete and press [Enter]. ¾ If the displayed Speed Dial number with "delete?" next to it is correct press [Enter] again. ¾ Repeat until all deleting is completed. ¾ Press [Menu/Exit] when you have finished. Phonebook Setup:
Speed Dials
New
Enter a
Speed Dial
number (1-400) using the
Numeric Keypad
and press [Enter].
If a number is already stored in the location a
message displays. Enter a different
Speed Dial
number.
Enter the fax number you want to store using the
Numeric Keypad
and press [Enter].
To insert a pause press the [Pause/Redial] key and
a ’-’ displays.
To add a charge code to the end of a number press
the [Charge Code] key and enter it using the

and press [Enter].

numbers repeat the
procedure.
Edit
Enter the
Speed Dial
number you want to edit and
press [Enter].
Edit the number and press [Enter].
Edit the ID and press [Enter].
Repeat until all editing has been completed.
Press [Menu/Exit] when you have finished.
Delete
Enter the
Speed Dial
number you want to delete
and press [Enter].
If the displayed
Speed Dial
number with "delete?"
next to it is correct press [Enter] again.
Repeat until all deleting is completed.
Press [Menu/Exit] when you have finished.
