Connections Connecting a Yamaha iPod™ universal dock and Bluetooth™ adapter Make sure that this unit and other components are unplugged from the AC wall outlets. This unit is equipped with the DOCK terminal on the rear panel that allows you to connect a Yamaha iPod universal dock (such as YDS-10, sold separately) or Bluetooth adapter (such as YBA-10, sold separately). Connect a Yamaha iPod universal dock or Bluetooth adapter to the DOCK terminal on the rear panel of this unit using its dedicated cable. y Refer to "Using iPod™" on page 40 for playback of your iPod and "Using Bluetooth™ components" on page 41 for playback of your Bluetooth components. Connecting to the VIDEO AUX jacks on the front panel Use the VIDEO AUX jacks on the front panel to connect a game console or a video camera to this unit. Caution Be sure to turn down the volume of this unit and other components before making connections. Notes • The audio signals input at the DOCK terminal on the rear panel take priority over the ones input at the VIDEO AUX jacks. • To reproduce the source signals input at these jacks, select "V-AUX" as the input source. • The audio signals input at the PORTABLE mini jack take priority over the ones input at the AUDIO L/R jacks.
