The unit cannot access the iPod. The speaker cables short circuit. The unit has detected the iPod, but cannot access it. An internal error has occurred. There are no playable files in the selected folder. The remote control IDs of the unit and the remote control are not identical. The unit cannot play back the songs stored on the iPod for some reason. The connected iPod is not supported by the unit. An overcurrent is flowing through the USB device. Remedy Turn off the unit and reconnect your USB device. If the problem persists, try another USB device. Turn off the iPod and turn it on again. Twist the bare wires of the cables firmly and connect to the unit and speakers properly. Turn off the iPod and then turn it on again. Contact the nearest authorized Yamaha dealer or service center. Select a folder that contains files supported by the unit. Change the remote control ID of the unit or the remote control (p.65). Check the song data.
