Changing a Flat Tire CLIPS STOP 5. The jack is under the cargo storage bin. Remove each of the four clips holding the bin by pulling straight up on the ring. Remove the bin. To keep the tailgate door open on an incline, use the stop in the tool 6. Turn the jack's end bracket counterclockwise to loosen it, then remove the jack by lifting it straight up. 7.
