To turn the interior lights on push the headlight switch. The interior lights come on. Push the headlight switch again to turn the interior lights off. headlight high beam goes off. Daytime running light system (Canada only) The headlights automatically illuminate at a reduced intensity when the engine is started with the parking brake released. The daytime running lights operate with the headlight switch in the OFF position or in the position. Turn the headlight switch to position for full illumination when the driving at night. AIC1059 Instrument brightness control The instrument brightness control operates or when the light switch is in the position, or when the autolamp system is operating. Pressing the side of the switch brightens the instrument panel lights; pressing the side of the switch dims the instrument panel lights.
