4.5 Power menu The Power menu items allow you to change the settings for the ACPI and Advanced Power Management (APM) features. Select an item then press to display the configuration options. ACPI MCFG Support [Enabled] ACPI APIC Support [Enabled] APM Configuration Hardware Monitor Enabled, BIOS will report ACPI MCFG Table. Disabled, BIOS doesn't report. 4.5.1 ACPI MCFG Support [Enabled] Allows you to enable or disable the Memory Mapped Configuration (MCFG) support. When set to Enabled, the MCFG table pointer is included in the RSDT pointer list. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled] Set the ACPI MCFG Support to Disable, when you install RedHat AS4.0 UP2 64 bit, Fedora Core 3 64 bit, Fedora Core 4 64 bit operation system, and 4 GB memory. 4.5.2 ACPI APIC Support [Enabled] Allows you to enable or disable the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) support in the Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC).
