The "Custom" button allows you to select the resolution and refresh rates. You may try out different settings that will optimize your display preferences but too high of a refresh rate will push your monitor past its specifications. Use the Preview/Adjust to see the results and allow digital adjustments to the screen. If the image is distorted you may press or wait a few seconds to return to the original menu without the change.
