How to Fax (B&W and Colour) Colour fax transmission Your machine can send a colour fax to machines that support this feature. However, colour faxes cannot be stored in the memory. When you send a colour fax, the machine will send it in real time (even if Real Time TX is set to Off). Delayed fax and Polling Transmit features are not available in colour. Faxing from the ADF Put the document face down in the ADF. To cancel, press Stop/Exit. 1 If it is not illuminated in green, press 2 Load your document. 3 Dial the fax number. 4 Press Mono Start or Colour Start. (Fax). ■ The machine starts scanning the document. If the memory is full and you are faxing a single page, it will be sent in real time. 3 - 4 SETUP SEND
