CHAPTER 7 TROUBLE SHOOTING PAPER JAM IN THE FUSING UNIT WITH THE DUPLEX UNIT INSTALLED When the following message appears on the LCD with the Duplex Unit installed, follow the steps below to remove the jammed paper.
