USER'S GUIDE  Note A common use of the flash memory is with FORMS software packages. With these commercially available software packages you have an option to send a form to the printer without any data. After you have sent the form to the printer, you may save the form in the flash memory as a Macro. Then the next time you want to print this form, you would setup your FORMS software package to SEND DATA ONLY - USE FORM IN PRINTER. This process could save from 1 to 4 minutes per print job. Select the setting menu and enter the sub-setting menu to change the settings as follows: s Execute Data  Note This menu appears only when data has been saved on the device. When you select "EXECUTE DATA," you can execute any of the data saved in the device using the SAVE DATA mode. When you enter this sub-setting menu with the Set button, the printer prompts you to select the ID of the data. Select the ID with the v or w button and press the Set button again, so that the printer executes the selected data. s Device List When you select "DEVICE LIST" and you press the Set button, the printer automatically loads paper and starts printing the contents of the installed flash memory card, HDD card or optional HDD. You can check the contents and the unused capacity of the device. 4-36

When you select “EXECUTE DATA,” you can execute any of the data
