d Program AE Like (Full Auto) mode, this is a general-purpose shooting mode. The camera automatically sets the shutter speed and aperture to suit the subject's brightness. This is called Program AE. * stands for Program * AE stands for Auto Exposure 1 Set the Mode Dial to . AF point 2 Focus the subject. Look through the viewfinder and aim any AF point over the subject.
