3 Setting the AF and Drive Modes The 19 AF points in the viewfinder make AF shooting suitable for a wide variety of subjects and scenes. You can also select the AF operation and drive mode that best match the shooting conditions and subject.  The J icon at the upper right of the page title indicates that the function is available only in Creative Zone modes (p.30).  In Basic Zone modes, the AF operation and AF point (AF area selection mode) are set automatically. stands for autofocus. stands for manual focus. 99
