Using tha memory
Here
we will showyou how
to usethe facsimile's
memory.
Thefacsimile
memory
can storeup to 10
letter-size
pages.
You can use memory
to store
documents
for mostsending
operations.
.
Thesize

is based
on standard

Chart.
Withthe exception
of manual
dialing,
whenyou senda
document,
first
you have
to scanit intothe memory.
Every
time
you scana document
intothe memory,
the
fax assigns
it a transaction
number.
Thistransaction
number
can be displayed
or printed
on reports
to help
you identify
a document.
Laterif you want to print out
the documentor eraseit from the memorybeforeyou
sendit,
you have
to knowthe transaction
number.
There
are
two waysto identify
a document's
transaction
number.
r You can check
the display
whenthe document
is
being
scanned
intothe memory.

stays
on, check to see
if you haverun out of paper.lf
the paper

( + 21).
Whenyou scana document
intothe memory,
there
mustbe enough
roomto holdthe entire
document.
lf
the memory
fillsup while
copying
