Appendices Replacing the Button Battery If the Set Date/Time menu appears when you turn on the camera power, the button battery charge is low and the date and time settings have been lost. Please replace the battery with a generic CR2025 lithium button battery with the following procedures. The button battery is preinstalled at the factory and may therefore expire earlier than its rated lifespan after the camera has been purchased. • Be particularly careful to keep the button batteries out of the reach of children.
