3 Recompose the image and press the shutter button all the way to shoot the image. • Method 2 is convenient because you can let go of the shutter button to recompose the image. Shooting in Manual Focus Mode The focus can be manually set. MF Indicator 1 Press and hold the MF button and press the or arrow on the omni selector. • The MF indicator is a 5m 16 ft. rough approximation 3m 9.8 ft. of the focusing range. 1m 3.3 ft. Use the number to the left as a rough 0.5m 1.6 ft. estimate for shooting. 0.15m 0.8 ft • The focus will lock and the icon will show in the display panel. The icon and the MF indicator will appear in the LCD monitor or viewfinder. • Adjust the focus with the or arrow on the omni selector until the image appears focused in the LCD monitor or viewfinder. • Pressing the MF button a second time cancels the manual focus mode.
