Error Number/Problem 403 The print head is faulty. 611 A specified period of time has lapsed without receiving a response from the digital camera. 612 This printer is not ready for the connected digital camera or digital video camcorder. 802/804/806/807/808/809 An error requiring a service may have occurred. Try This Turn off the printer by pressing the Power button, then turn on the printer again. If the same error persists, the print head may be faulty. Contact a Canon service representative.
