Setting the recording quality Before you start recording, you can set the recording quality. 1. Press and hold the [M] button to enter the main menu. 2. Push the joystick left [] or right [ ] to select REC mode and press the [M] button. The recording menu appears in STOP mode and is ready for recording. 3. Press the [M] button to enter the recording MenuSetting menu. 4. Push the joystick left [] or right [ ] to select REC type mode and press the [M] button. 5. Push the joystick left [] or right [ ] to select the recording quality between Long REC and Fine REC, and press the [M] button to confirm and return to the recording menu. Note: Setting recording quality to Fine REC will provide higher quality audio, however, the available recording time will be shortened. 21

Setting the recording quality
Before you start recording, you can set the recording quality.
1.
Press and hold the [

] button to enter the main menu.

Push the joystick left [

mode
and press the [

] button. The recording menu
appears in STOP mode and is ready for recording.

] button to enter the recording

menu.

REC type

and press the [

Push the joystick left [

] to select the recording quality between
Long REC
and
Fine REC

and press the [

] button to confirm and return to the recording menu.
Note:
Setting recording quality to
Fine REC
will provide higher quality audio, however, the available recording
time will be shortened.
