To collect the current system hardware diagnostics information that may be needed by Dell Support personnel, append the --dset command option to the diagnostics --collect command as shown in this example: administrator@mydr4000 > diagnostics --collect --dset Collecting diagnostics... NOTE: The Dell System E-Support Tool (DSET) lets you collect hardware, storage, and operating system information from the Dell DR4000 hardware. This information is consolidated into a single System Configuration Report that can be used for troubleshooting or inventory collection of a system. As part of the troubleshooting process, you may be asked to provide a DSET log when you contact Dell Support. To collect all of the current system information (including -- dset) that may be needed during any inventory collection or troubleshooting, append the --all command option to the diagnostics --collect command as shown in this example: administrator@mydr4000 > diagnostics --collect --all Collecting diagnostics...done.
