Installing the touchpad

Steps 1. Lift the latch and disconnect the touchpad cable from the system board. 2. Lift the latch and disconnect the touchpad cable from the touchpad. 3. Remove the five screws (M2x1.8) and the three screws (M1.6x2.5) that secure the touchpad to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. 4. Lift the touchpad off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
