Remove the battery (half-length) or the battery (full-length). Procedure 1. Loosen the captive screw that secures the wireless-card bracket to the wireless card. 2. Lift the wireless-card bracket off the wireless card. 3. Disconnect the antenna cables from the wireless card. 4. Slide and remove the wireless card out of the wireless-card slot. Figure 16. Prerequisites
1.
Remove the
base cover
.
2.
Remove the

Procedure
1.
Loosen the captive screw that secures the wireless-card bracket to the wireless card.
2.
Lift the wireless-card bracket off the wireless card.
3.
Disconnect the antenna cables from the wireless card.
4.
Slide and remove the wireless card out of the wireless-card slot.
