Version 2.65 Jul. 2009 time the keyboard hook control utility is started, a message appears asking that the Keylock be turned to certain position when Keylock device is registered. "Please change the key position to [L2]" Note: Depending on the devices, characters shown with L2 may differ. If the key is placed in the [L2] position, the default value is set and afterwards the initial Keylock utility will be loaded correctly. If the key is set to a position other than [L2] then the following message appears. "The key was not turned to [L2]. Please continue." "The key position has not changed. Please continue." Until the Keylock is turned once, the Keylock device position may not be recognized correctly. 5.6.3. Device Dependency The keyboard hook control utility separates data, but the way data is separated depends on the device being used. Because of this, it is necessary to know what device is being used when the keyboard hook utility is started. During operation of the keyboard hook control utility, the devices with keyboard interface other than that for keyboard hook control cannot execute the Open method. The device being used can be specified during the hook control utility setup.
