Conditions in which messages appear and the messages themselves are listed below. 3.12.1. Messages at the Time of Startup Condition A user without administrator authority is attempting to perform installation. (Windows 2000/ Windows XP/ Windows Vista) The "Install.ini" file is not found. The "Relnote.txt" file is not found. The contents of the "Install.ini" file are illegal and the contents are changed. The registry information is corrupted. Attempting to install a previous version over a new version. Error Message The user does not have Administrator authority. There is no "Install.ini" file in the current directory. This installation is closing. There is no "Relnote.txt" file in the current directory. This installation is closing. The setting files for installation are not found or the contents have been changed. Registry information couldn't be read.
