EZPilot - Management Assign to this host

Page 51 highlights

7. The EZPilot Logical Drive Wizard-- Logical Drive Host Assignment dialog box appears. Select the host (and its adapters) to which you want to assign the logical drive. If Assign to this host only is checked, only the local host and its adapters are displayed in the tree. Checking or unchecking the root node of the tree selects or deselects all hosts and adapters. Checking or unchecking a host node in the tree selects or deselects all adapters for that host. Normally a logical drive is only assigned to one one host. Note: The same logical drive cannot be assigned to both a Linux and Windows host at the same time. Note: If you receive an MPIO warning when assigning multiple HBAs on the host to a logical drive, click Yes. EZPilot already installed the required MPIO software. 8. Click Next. The Logical Drive Initialization and Volume Access dialog box appears. The Logical Drive Initialization and Volume Access dialog box enables you to initialize and format the new logical drive as an NTFS volume, name the volume, assign a volume size (the default size is recommended) and assign a drive to a drive letter or folder.
