Remove the volume button board: 1. Release the ZIF connector (1) to which the power button board cable is attached, and then disconnect the power button board cable from the connector board. 2. Remove the two Philllips PM1.9×3.3 screws (2) that secure the volume button board to the display panel assembly. 3. Remove the volume button board (3). 4. Remove the volume button board. Reverse this procedure to install the volume button board. Vibrator module Description Vibrator module (includes cable) Spare part number 783106-001 Before removing the vibrator module, follow these steps: 1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system. 2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer. 3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer. 4. Remove the volume button board:
1.
Release the ZIF connector
(1)
to which the power button board cable is attached, and then
disconnect the power button board cable from the connector board.
2.
Remove the two Philllips PM1.9×3.3 screws

that secure the volume button board to the
display panel assembly.

Remove the volume button board

4.
Remove the volume button board.
Reverse this procedure to install the volume button board.

Before removing the vibrator module, follow these steps:
