3 Using the keyboard base Your tablet includes a full-size, detachable Bluetooth keyboard base for easy navigation. After the keyboard base is paired, you can use the keyboard base either attached or detached from the tablet. IMPORTANT: Before you can use your keyboard base, you must pair the keyboard base with the tablet to establish a connection. See Pairing the keyboard base on page 19 for more information. Keyboard base components Top Component (1) esc key (2) Action keys (3) Docking connector (4) Keyboard base on/off switch (5) fn key Description Displays system information when pressed in combination with the fn key. Execute frequently used system functions. NOTE: On select models, the f5 action key turns the keyboard base backlight feature off or on. Using the keyboard base
Your tablet includes a full-size, detachable Bluetooth keyboard base for easy navigation. After the
keyboard base is paired, you can use the keyboard base either attached or detached from the tablet.
IMPORTANT:
