Requirements • HP notebook with media slice, floppy and CD-ROM/DVD drive • Retail Windows NT 4.0 CD-ROM • Windows NT 4.0 original boot floppy disks or 3 blank formatted floppies • Windows NT Service Pack 6a • A blank floppy to create the CMD CSA-64xx IDE driver floppy disk • HP Windows NT 4.0 Recovery CD or the Windows NT 4.0 driver package from the HP web site.
