4. Unscrew and remove the slot cover next to the card slot you want to use. 5. Slide the ISA card firmly into the connector and replace the slot cover screw. 6. Replace the shield. 7. Installing an ISA Card If you install a network card or other ISA card in a docking system ISA slot, and it's not a Plug and Play card, follow these suggestions: • If the card isn't detected, in Control Panel double-click Add New Hardware. • If you don't want Windows to reconfigure the card each time you dock your OmniBook, you can run the ISA Configuration utility. Click Start, Programs, Plug And Play, ISA Configuration Utility. 49
