HP A3 Deployment Training Checklist Instructions 1. This checklist is to be utilized by HP field/deployment technicians. 2. Each checklist is to be used for a maximum of ten HP A3 devices all in same building and/or same floor. 3. "Responsibility" refers to agent who provides information to complete step on checklist. a. TM = Transition Manager (dMPS) / Onboarding Specialist (pMPS) b. CM = Account Delivery Manager c. PM = Project Manager d. Customer IT = Customer identified Information Technology contact. e. HP Field Technician = Field/deployment technician performing installation. f. When multiple choices are listed, any of the resources can provide the information or working together to complete the step. 4. Customer: End customer company name. b. Site Address: Physical address of customer installation location. c. Building/Floor/Map ID: Identify building of devices, which floor and Map ID's being replaced. d. Installation Date: Date installations cover on this checklist are physically installed. e. MFP staging model/MFP Serial Number(s): In each block put the staging model description and the serial number of the HP A3 device. 8. Customer Training a. Notify and assemble end users for training on the installed HP A3 device. b. Demonstrate that the user manual can be obtained at www.hp.com, going to Support, the Products, entering the staging model name from the HP A3 device badge. 9. Feature Identification a. Show each location as indicated on checklist. b. Take time and make sure everyone watching can observe. 10. Control Panel Overview a. Show each checklist item. b.
